Transparency: who publishes the site, and how it works

A guide that deals with tax and residency must say clearly where it is coming from. Here is who publishes and hosts Andorre Fiscal, where its information comes from, how it is checked and corrected, and what the site does with your data.

Who publishes and hosts the site?

Andorre Fiscal is published by WebFrance, a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), which also hosts it. It is delivered and protected through the Cloudflare network. The publisher’s address, registration numbers and the name of the publication director appear in the legal notice.

The publisher is neither a law firm nor a tax adviser. The site claims no professional expertise: it publishes general information, checked against the official texts, following the method described elsewhere. The guides and news articles are written by the Andorre Fiscal editorial team, under the publisher’s responsibility: see who writes and publishes Andorre Fiscal.

An editorial line: the texts first

The choice of topics and wording follows one rule: what the official texts say, including when it goes against the reader’s plans to move. Non-refundable sums, exhausted quotas, required days of presence or taxes still owed in France are therefore stated as clearly as the advantages.

When the texts do not settle a point, we say so and refer you to a professional, who alone can review your situation.

Verifiable sources

Every guide refers to the official sources it is based on: BOPA and the Portal jurídic d’Andorra, the Govern, CASS, Légifrance, impots.gouv.fr, the European institutions, the OECD. These links let you check every figure at its source. When information rests only on the press, we say so with the words “according to the press”. The list of reference sources is published on the Official sources page.

Your data

The site uses no third-party analytics tool, no tracking cookies and no social media button that would pass on your browsing. Fonts and images are served from its own servers.

The server keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) for security, which are automatically deleted after 15 days at most. The tools that remember information, such as the checklist on the home page or the day counter, keep it in your browser without sending it anywhere. Everything is detailed in the privacy policy.

Correcting an error

  1. Report

Write to us from the Contact page: the page address, the sentence or figure concerned and, if possible, the up-to-date official source.

  2. Verification

The report is checked against the official text before any change is made.

  3. Dated correction

The page is corrected and shows its new verification date.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a lawyer or a gestoria?

Our guides explain which questions to ask and which points to have checked. Ask for several quotes, check exactly what is included and, if your situation involves both countries, have it reviewed in France as well as in Andorra.

Is my browsing tracked?

No. The site uses no third-party analytics and no tracking cookies. The server keeps only technical logs, for security, which are deleted after 15 days at most, as the privacy policy states.
